I was not complaining to the company at all, however they saw my feedback and immediately contacted me and asked about the glasses. They were Johnny on the spot to rectify the issue and gave me a prompt refund. I really liked the glasses and would definitely recommend and buy glasses from this company again. I purchased a pair of glasses that unfortunately didn't last. But I was contacted by their customer service person who immediately suggested that they would send a replacement. I must say that was very impressed how the whole process was handled. I'm extremely happy with my new glasses, I get so many compliments. They are stylish and very good quality. Many thanks. I'll definitely buy another pair soon.
