5 pairs for under £20 and arrived in 3 days

I got my order of clip on sunglasses on 25/2/2025. It's defective and the lenses are smaller than the frame therefore dropping off. Sent to complain by email. All bounced back as email undeliverable. The website eyekeeper.com also can't be reached. Either being scammed or the business just closed unfortunately. Their advertising should be seized immediately. What can I do? At least should warn others of not falling into this trap.😞

They sent me an update saying my order is on its way but when I click the link or search Eyekeeper it says that page can't not be reached. They have already taken my money out. This has me thinking it's a scam

I am a return customer I bought my last set and they were faulty and Eyekeeper responded quickly and refunded me asap. Great service

Great glasses and great customer service. Unfortunately a couple of my pairs broke and they sent me free replacements immediately. I’m very pleased and satisfied and would 100% recommend them!

I ordered a pair of glasses on 16 January 2025, it's now 23rd February and still no sign of them. Very disappointing especially since I'm using an old pair of glasses stuck together with sellotape! William Cowan
