I HAD DAMAGED GLASSES ON ARRIVAL AND EYEKEEPER PROMPTLY REFUNDED THEM EVEN THOUGH I HAD NOT PHOTOGRAPHED THEM OR KEPT THEM. THE 2 OTHER GLASSES IN THE PACK ARE VERY COMFORTABLE AND SMALL ENOUGH TO CARRY ANYWHERE. I HAD GREAT SUPPORT FROM WINNIE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE

I contacted the company when I had an issue. Eyekeeper got right on making the changes. Great customer service. Will be doing business with them in the future!

Healthy Teeth Journey of Hope provide to Mexico and Peru Dental care, reading glasses and hair cuts to the need. I find Eye Keeper company who sale reading glasses that I can purchase different prescriptions and be able to bring to my missions and give to people who need glasses to help their vision.

The lens wasn’t as clear, slightly distorted and I wanted to return them. However I didn’t have the original packaging as per your return policy. So I don’t use them at all.

I bought two pairs of the reading glasses. The arms are very tight to move and a piece had dropped out in one of the pairs. Customer service was very helpful though and issued me a refund.

Update- customer service has been great. I had an issue and they promptly resolved it.
