Amazing really. Some reviews I read made me a bit hesitant to buy. I purchased 2 pairs of lovely glasses but 1 had a fault in the lens. I wrote to Customer Service who were so easy to deal with. No problem, and in under 2 weeks I've received the new glasses and they're perfect. I love the colours and style. My daughter and sister in-law loved them and they too have ordered. Great Co. Thanks

I love this company! There selection of styles and colour of glasses frames are just fabulous! Easy to order and such good value Having got in touch with a small issue, I can honestly say their customer service is 2nd to none! Cannot recommend them enough!

Unfortunately the earpieces are extremely tight and for some reason they don’t bend when heated at home. So not suitable if one has migraines. I did get a refund when pointing this out.

Today I notified Eyekeeper that I had an issue with some of the glasses I received. They responded by email within the hour and offered a refund. I have already received the refund in my account. Amazing quick service. Very satisfied with the speed this was dealt with..
