Easy to work with and fast service!
I started the process by ordering 3 sets of frames to try on at home. Due to a family medical issue, I was unable to return the frames within the stated 30 days (to receive a full refund). I made a quick call to eyeglasses.com with an explanation, and they assured me that I would get a full refund . . . and we saw the credit to our card within 24 hours! When I placed my order for my final frame selection w/ lenses (progressive bi-focals w/ anti-glare coating), the product was delivered within 1 week! Terrific job!

I found the whole experience very satisfying.
I found the whole experience with eyeglasses.com satisfying. I absolutely loved my frames, and the price was great. They were shipped within 10 days, and when there was a problem with the wrong color of the frames, a customer rep. was quick to issue a return label and order the correct frame in the color I wanted. She assured me they would rush my replacement to me as soon as possible. I would totally recommend buying glasses with this company and plan on purchasing another pair soon.

My frames were an exact match and fit
My frames were an exact match and fit. I wasn’t sure if I was going to receive the proper care that I was looking for, but I was wrong. I would use Eyeglasses.com again, for all my eyewear needs.

The glasses were perfect and bifocal…
The glasses were perfect and bifocal line right on.. just to bad they don't have a tracker so I can fing them whem I misplace them.
