As a follow up to my review on October…
As a follow up to my review on October 15, my wife was able to get through to customer service. They were very helpful in letting her know that my glasses were on back order. Last week I received an email that my lenses were being processed nad I received an email that they shipped today. A better job of communication would help this company immensely.

Thank you the glasses have arrived via DHL. Regrettably after I ordered and paid I received NO emailed receipt from you leading me to believe that something may have gone wrong. I did receive notification from PayPal that my money had been paid.

** Update ** They just sent out a replacement hanger as a warranty replacement. Wish it hadn't taken more than 6 weeks, but it is good that they stood behind the product. [Original] One of the hangers broke after about a month. Material seems really cheap and just crumbled. The company and retailer have not been able to supply a replacement in over a month now. I have called and sent e-mails and it goes nowhere. Now, besides the cost of the frames, I have hundreds of dollars in the lenses that were installed and I can not use these glasses.

Love the glasses and the price but communication with customer service was not good. Shipping took a long time, longer than promised.

Customer service
received eyeglasses. They were excellent. Very impressed with the quality, and my vision thru them. Especially since I have a custom prescription and transition lens. Only problem is no response from customer service when i called them. I have a few simple questions and need to talk to someone in person. Involves sending them additional orders. Would be nice if they would respond. Left word for them to call me 3 days ago. Received no call back.
