Had an excellent experience with getting my lenses replaced. I certainly did NOT have all the answers but the chat feature was quick and easy to use and the customer service rep was knowledgable and had great recommendations. I send my glasses in for replacement lenses during the coronavirus pandemic so a longer wait-time was expected but the fact that they were replaced and in my hands within 10 days of being received by the facility was more than I could've expected. The lenses are perfect. I'll definitely be sending in an additional pair. Thank you!

Wonderful company to deal with. I have ordered glasses from them before and was very pleased with them. Unfortunately the glasses I currently ordered did not fit me. Their return process is simple. They refund your total amount with no restocking fees and your money is refunded immediately when they receive the glasses, unlike other online eyeglass stores. They are have a large selection of beautiful frames. Highly recommend.
