Excellent service, communication and quality of work.

Buying prescription sunglasses online was unnerving. Most websites that had the frame I wanted turned out to be questionable after investigating on review websites. I received my $300 Kate Spade rx sunG's and they are PERFECT. The lens clarity is better than I had in my last pair of rx sunglasses that I bought from a local boutique. There was only one small hitch in the whole process: in placing the online order, the frame which I selected did not include a option to tint the lens. I didn't think anything of this because I assumed sunglass lenses would unquestionably be tinted. A really friendly, helpful sales associate called me less than a week after I placed my order to explain that I needed to add the tint and change some of my options; it only cost an additional $9. She was really patient and waited for me to look at my options and think about what I needed. The only other downside is that the whole process took a lot longer than I expected, about a month, but I ordered in the midst of the pandemic so I can't say that my experience is representative. I was so skeptical about making such a large purchase through an online retailer but I am incredibly happy with my purchase.
