Would never buy or advise anyone to buy products from this site. Orders did not ship for months. When leaving messages, nobody would call back. Rude service. Not worth paying so much money, for horrible service. Since I am not able to reply to your post, I will do so here. There were several un answered calls, as well as voice mails left that went unreplied. It took months to recive my order. The only reason it was not cancelled all together was because they were needed, otherwise I would have cancelled.

I was biased against for purchasing eyewear through Donald Trumps signature collection. After weeks of waiting I called to see what was the hold up. Some woman decides to give me some long sob story that all boiled down to "we don't have your prescription" after 1 min of explaining myself my prescription miraculously appears (yeah right). As our conversation was concluding she begins to shoot off trash talk about Donald Trump and "why did I vote for him"! Wt f! After I finally received my freaking long awaited glasses they were too small as that nasty woman sent children's size spectacles. Very sad company!

Rude, misleading. Will never purchase from them again and wouldn't recommend.

Be prepared to follow up on your order. I bought two pairs of glasses each one had at least one error - such as -forgetting to actually order the frames, lenses were incorrect, lenses were damaged . On second pair Customer service response to me was why was I worried about them being late due to having lenses being remade when I had another pair to wear ....re the reply The glasses and lenses themselves are satisfactory. What was unsatisfactory was the customer service. The clerk forgot to order the frames, neglected to call me when the lenses came in damaged, etc. etc.

I had good experiences for a many years and recommended eyeglasses.com to tons of people. Now I can't get an answer about what happened to my glasses. The first inquiry sent (after about a month)was responded to saying the frame had to be sent from Great Britain so things were delayed a bit. That was the last I heard. That was two months ago. I started getting headaches so finally purchased glasses locally. I would still like the glasses but have to wonder if the business has been sold or what!

I ordered prescription Sunglasses from Eyeglasses.com on December 8th. As far as I was aware, the processing time was normal and I could expect my glasses in a normal time frame. After I ordered them, I was informed that they were back-ordered (which was frustrating, but I was accepting of it because it was a good deal and convenient). The added time for back order was 5-7 days. I was going to be cutting it close as this was a gift. I waited patiently for 5-7 business days, and when I saw no update, I tried to contact customer service. I sent two emails, with no reply, and I called multiple times only to get the message that their customer service wasn't open. I tried using their chat forum and often got no response. When I did finally get a response (LONG after the 5-7 business days) they said they were in the US and would be processing within a few days. That was on December 20th. She told me that she expected them to be done processing by the end of the week. I just called again and thankfully got a response and they informed me that it never would have been an additional 5-7 days, because they were always back-ordered until the 21st. It's now December 24th, and they don't know whether or not my frames are in the lab getting lenses and told me to try calling back on Tuesday... I will never shop here again and I would never advise anyone to shop here either. I've had an awful experience with customer service, and with the company itself. UPDATE- They did give me expedited shipping when they arrived, and that was nice, but I was still super dissatisfied with the whole process. When they came, they also weren't the right thing, but I just dealt with it.

The frames I ordered were in stock at the time of the order. A day or two later, they showed as out of stock. Over three weeks later, I have yet to receive the frames or an update on the order. Emails to customer service have received no response. Contacts through chat option have generated nothing other than a promise of an email or a call that never arrived.

Ordered 2 pairs of glasses in last year. Took 3-4 weeks for first pair to arrive and months later still haven't received second pair. Choose another eyeglass website
