The quality and the price of my glasses were great, they had to redo they lenses twice because there was a quality control issue, I am satisfied with the end product. I was disappointed that I emailed customer service multiple times with no response! I also called the one 800 customer service number and never received a reply back. I was finally able to get through to the office and talk with the representative who gave me the information I needed , but I did not find them overly helpful or friendly, also I received a discount coupon code, but they were not willing to honor this code, because they said their prices were already very low … I was disappointed in this as well. I’m not sure if I would order other pair of glasses again or Maybe I might try another online Eyeglass dealer

This was my very first time ordering glasses for myself. The only issue I had was that when I called, I couldn't get thru. I left a message and no return call. I feel better when I can speak to someone. Otherwise everything was great. The product was everything I assumed it would be. The price was great and it was well shipped, too. Thank you!

I never received a confirmation email after ordering so I wasn't sure it went through.

The glasses I got were perfect, just like the last pair I ordered 2 years ago. Exactly what I ordered and I am very satisfied. My only concern was the delivery time. I paid the fee for expedited processing and it seemed like they should have arrived sooner.

Good products but one frame was marked PETITE on frame when I got it BUT the online site did not even mention it causing me to order a frame that I should not have ordered due to inadequate online information !! They did refund my extra shipping costs correctly Also I ordered by mistake 2!of same frame but could not cancel the order because of no provisions online to immediately cancel an incorrect order and then he phone number for contacting eyeglasses.com did not answer for 10days and my emails NEVER RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE However COVID Pandemic and Holiday timing l may be a small factor for contacting the co BUT arrangements to cancel an order immediately online should still be provided and CLEARLY not hidden somewhere in the fine print or away from the ordering location THE PRODUCTS WERE ACCEPTABLE QUALITY... apparently!

I got replacement lenses for a frame which I owned. The other online source that I have been using before did not offer the lenses I wanted in my prescription. I really appreciate the lens selection offered By Eyeglasses.com. I wish they would have a place to enter prisms in their prescription template.

Considering what I’ve been paying at Walmart for just these frames they were a little high. The biggest problem I had was it taking so long to get them because my husband has to have these for work.
