Took a long time to ship

eyeglasses dont conform to my eyes//////to heavy of presence

The glasses do not tint near as much as I was expecting. Also I thought they were more of a tru round and not as big. I still felt like I should have had the $30 I sent to repair the old ones you said you couldn’t repair should have been deducted from the new glasses price

In the end the price was not significantly less than anywhere else. In fact, it turns out I could go to a boutique shop and purchased the same set of glasses $30 cheaper. I would have gotten them faster and it would have been less of a headache figuring out why it took so long to get my lenses.

I gave a 3 star, because it was difficult to get a hold of you. You are in the process of addressing my concern though.

IT took a very long time for my glasses to ship. Then when I did get them, the case they came in was not even the correct brand. I ordered Ted Baker frames but received a LAMB case.

Pros: Called one time and got straight through. The rep was friendly and very helpful. The website is easy to search and navigate. Excellent prices on frames. Cons: You cannot get help through the website. Three attempts and no response. Expected delivery was 5 days. Product wasn't even shipped until 7 days after the order.

I wish you had a try at home program first, before you buy. The frames I received were too big. Also I paid for next day shipping which took well over 5 days to arrive. The return process would be much more customer friendly if you just would supply a generic prepaid return form. Having to create an account and then print out is too much of a hassle. With the way consumers are now relying on online ordering, you might want to reconsider your policies and procedures!
