I bought glasses 2 years ago with no issues. Paid, shipped, delivered in a timely manner. Awesome! With that said, the experience I had this year compared to the last was night and day. I placed my order at the beginning of December. Week after week, no update on my order. I email them, they say they're working on it. I e-mail them again a week later to make sure everything is okay. Then finally on week three, they admit they JUST got my frames in and will send them out with free 1-day shipping to make it up to me. Sure, that's fine. 2 more weeks go by, nothing. Free next-day shipping means nothing if they're not going to send them anyway. I cancelled and got all of my money back. I would avoid eyeglasses.com at all costs now until they get their ducks back in a row.

I placed order on January 10, 2025 It was accepted, credit card charged. Got request to submit written prescription. I did, got thank you for submitting, all on Jan 10. On Jan 14 I received notice from PayPal my charge was being refunded, I might add $0.01 short. No note/communication from Eyeglasses.com. I logged into account and order showed it was canceled. No reason. Frames showed in stock when order was placed and still did when they canceled. On Jan 14th I submitted email to customer support asking for explanation and pointing out frames show in stock. Got auto reply my request had been received. No actual response to my email. Refund received. My guess is I had coupons that got me a very low price and they chose not to honor the order. I will never deal with them again. Too much time wasted and clearly have their own agenda.

This company is a scam, they will you send you wrong item, when you want to return it, they will keep sending you blank emails. Bought pair of glasses of the prescription they suggested was right for me. Well, ot isn't. So I wanted to return it, they suggested I should send them my prescription, which I did. They turn around and said " Thanks for your email. We can't choose the degree for you, you can contact and ask your doctor.* So avoid them, customer service is horrible, please don't get ripped off.

Should have looked at reviews before ordering :( Its been a month since I placed my order and it still says "in process" with absolutely NO info. on my account or any communication at all. Will be canceling within the week if no word. Absolutely terrible service :(

This is an update. Eyeglasses.com spent a lot of time trying to remove my review. A lot more time than trying to help me get the glasses I ordered (which was none). Have you experienced a time where the service was so bad that you can't believe that any business would operate that way? This is one of those. Long delays with no communication as to what the hold up is. MELISSA, the one who claims to be the highest in the company you can speak to, was one of the worst customer service experience I've had. That's saying a lot. She was rude, condescending, threatened multiple times to cancel my order if I didn't stop asking questions. Complained that she had to pull all her costumer service reps off the phone because of terrible people like me who complain. This was an online order and this happened about a month after I sent them in. My glasses were never completed so I canceled anyways. Everything about this company is bad. If the higher ups in the company let's someone like Melissa do what she does, they must not care either... and it shows. Definitely go somewhere else if you want your glasses completed in a reasonable time and to not get yelled at for asking questions about the delay. Date of experience: September 07, 2022

if you like wasting money and time than this is where you should buy glasses. literally got nothing right. So long story short I paid $276 dollars for fake frames and incorrect lenses. not only that it took 10 weeks for them to even get here. they dont answer the phone or reply back when they tell you the frame that was in stock is magically not anymore.

I ordered glasses on May 2,2024. It did not mention on the website that the glasses were backordered. I received an email on May 6 stating that these were backordered until May 24. I did not hear anything so I called in to get an update. I spoke to VEM And she said it might be another three weeks she’s not sure. I asked to speak to a manager manager. She was extremely rude and told me one wasn’t available. She asked me numerous times if I wanted her to process a refund and I stated numerous times no I would like to know when I will receive my glasses. She hung up on me when she was supposed to transfer me to the voicemail. I tried calling back and was on hold for a very long time. I emailed for a manager to call me and it stated they were processing my request. I just received an email stating that they processed my refund of $263.97. 1. I never asked for a refund and 2. this is $100 less than what the order was. They just robbed me of $100 and nobody can seem to help me. I never asked for a refund and what you just did is highly illegal. Do not order from them as they are a scam.
