I ordered because supposedly the product was available! I payed next day delivery since i was traveling and had an specific time window and wanted the frames to have my lenses made before leaving LA. I checked the site since the frames had not arrived, and the order said "backorder". I email CS of the company, and had no reply. To make the long tale a short one, the frames were delivered the next day I left. Had to ask a friend to go and pick them up at the Hotel, and send them to me... to China, were I live. I will never buy again, nor recommend, I think that the basic thing it was needed, was a responce.

I bought a pair of glasses, lenses were made incorrectly. They didn’t want to give a full refund and said they were made S prescribed. By doctor confirmed they were made incorrectly. Then I wrote a negative review. They had someone call me and basically blackmail me into taking my review down. They told me that they would only give me my money back if I took down my review. Then when I went back to take it down it looks like they reported my negative review as fraudulent because they don’t like the fact that I had something negative to say about them. The lady I spoke to on the phone was incredibly rude and told me she didn’t care if anybody ever gave them a good review they just wanted to make sure they didn’t have any negative reviews posted. I will never buy from this company again and I will tell everyone I know not to buy from this company. I’m not upset that the lenses were made incorrectly but I am very upset about their poor customer service and false advertising on 100% satisfaction guaranteed as well as I surely don’t appreciate anybody calling me and trying to blackmail me into anything.

Ordered 4/12/2018. No glasses, no replys. Asked for refound. Bravo eyeglasses.com, it would be a Xmas present.

Purchased frames in August. Broke temple in early December—my fault. Tried to initiate online chat about buying new temples. No reply. Sent an email to customer service. No reply. Resent email a few days before Christmas. No reply. Waited until after Christmas, then sent another email. No reply. Waited until after New Years and called. Got through and found out I could purchase new temples for $78. Fine, but asked if I could get a discount because the frames were only 3 mos old. Told I should send an email—ha! Told her i’d sent 3 emails already (yes, checked junk folder) and she said she didn’t know why because she only answered phones! Temple pieces came and are slightly different lengths—quality control problem.

Horrible customer services. I ordered my lens around mid December 2018 and so far nothing was shipped and can’t get response back from customer service neither through email or phone call. Don’t waste your time you’ll never get your order!!!

I purchased 4 frames. I selected the frames I wanted to have lenses put in, and submitted the request. I mailed all frames back to the shop. After a week I emailed to verify the shipment had been received. No response. 2 days later I called and left a voicemail. No callback. I called again yesterday. Still no response. At this point I’m assuming I spent $400 on 4 frames I no longer have. Communication is poor at best.

OVER 40 DAYS AND STILL WAITING FOR DELIVERY AND NO ANSWERS TO MY MESSAGES. SINCE I PAID WITH PAYPAL I WILL ASK THEM TO INTERVENE.

I never received my frames!!! Twice!!! This company is terrible. Where is my order?!?!?!
