It is impossible to know how a pair of glasses will work out without actually trying them on. I loved one pair I ordered except for the color of the nose bridge. If there was not a limit on "free" returns, I would have tried more. I wish they had worked out. Fast return credit was appreciated.

Extremely happy with the glasses, but service could have been a little faster

They have a ton of frames. Probably too many to browse. Spent hours searching. Their frame return policy is up to 3 frames, then a restocking fee applies. You pay return shipping. I ended up not liking the 3 frames I chose. Shopping for frames online is a crap shoot. You can't accurately determine if they are for you through pictures or uploading your own photo. But if you know what frame you want, I recommend checking here for a decent price.

I ordered frames months ago which were on back order. They were supposed to be available in March. I was never was notified that they were discontinued. I went to the website to find that out. I ordered a similar pair, but shipping was slow. They arrived, they are fine. They have styles of frames not available elsewhere, so they get some stars. However, they have frames on their website that they report are no longer available. Why?

Smooth purchase from eyeglasses.com! The selection & shopping experience could be improved with more views and more realism in frame colors. I'm not vain enough to return glasses just because the blue in the frames I chose doesn't "pop" as in the single view shown online. Another nice perk would be to have the "try on" feature available for all frames. The lenses themselves are quality.
