Love the outcome! Easy to order online! Great price! A little bit slow on fulfillment. Overall very happy.

My existing frames were on 30% off sale so I bought 2 more. Great if you love your frames, stock up. A day or two late on the overnight delivery, though, which did cost more.

Took a week for the glasses to ship but their customer service was great and they sent the glasses right away after I called. However, I haven't received one pair yet and it's two weeks later. I'll probably cancel the last pair.

Communication with the company was very good until I returned the eyeglasses I ordered asking for a refund which they guarantee in their offerings. They have stonewalled me with no response to my several inquiries - this despite their promise of quick processing of refund requests. From this experience they are not trustworthy. 6/9/17: The refund was issued, I wasn't notified until I posted this review and was frustrated by not being able to communicate with the company. This is my only negative comment on an otherwise very satisfactory experience and I revised the rating I gave.

I only have good experiences during the last ten years from the couple of times I have ordered frames from eyeglasses.com. I really appreciate the vast assortment of fames and the filtering functions avaialable for searching. I would however have appreciated to get a message about the expected handeling time delay from when I put my order until the items were sent from eyeglasses.com. In my case this was a mere week during which I didn't hear anything from eyeglasses.com.

It was very good and about $200 cheaper than at the shop for similar frames Customer service a bit uneven I got an email that said as discussed but I did not know what it was about, I called and I was told, that my order was changed because for sunglasses I could go with cheaper lenses that was nice but communications were confusing and phone customer service not terrible nice from the beginning of the call but got better I did get emails with the status of the order The glasses are very nice I will order again

Good design and construction.

Good quality frames...I bought only the frame so I do not kn ow anything about the lenses process but I do know it took a good long time to get frames to me even thought I paid for over night shipping. Once they shipped they did arrive over night but the processing time to package a "In Stock" pair of frames seemed a bit long. I would still buy from this company again although I do wish the wait wasnt so long. My wait was roughly 10 days long. If you go into it knowing you are waiting 10 days for a set of frames and even longer to have lenses cut and you are alright with it then this is a good place to get your glasses as their prices are quite nice.
