I always stop here first and buy nearly every pair of glasses here. Their frame selection and lens selection is unmatched. I can order precisely which lenses I want with the options I want. Prices on frames have been slightly inflated compared to other websites which offer the same frames for $30 less e.g. "BTCF3020". And, waiting times have been increasingly slow e.g. 3 day turn-around when I first started using them to 7-day turn-around today. I also wish they had a "try at home" program to check out several pairs of frames then select one for the lenses.

Glasses are fine. Communication about why it took almost two weeks was non-existent after a phone call and an email.

I may have to exchange my new lenses that Eyeglasses.com made for me, and am pleased that they will do it for no charge( within 30 days ) but it would be even more user friendly if they allowed for free shipment back to them. Overall I found the service to be quick. I received my lenses within a week

Honestly i wanted to give them 5 stars but i couldn't look past the shipping time. It did take quite a bit longer than what was stated on their site. And i did read on their site about how long it could take if i had ordered custom lenses, which i did. The shipping time took longer than what was stated. Besides that i will say confidently that the quality of the product was great. And i still will definitely order from them again regardless of shipping time but in hopes that it may have just been a fluke.
