Received my frames, all very stylish and good value for money.

I have now had two custom lens crafts performed by Eyeglasses.com. Each was a special case involving antique pince-nez frames and rather unique types of lenses. The first project went as smoothly as you can hope for. The second project had one hiccup which required my reshipping the set back for correcting. They could have side-stepped the issue by emailing or calling me when they had received the frames/before they worked on the fitting but there was a lack of communication there. But they were great before and did their best to remedy the situation afterward, resulting in a return-again customer. Thank you.

Both my son and I ordered eyeglasses on-line. He likes his pair a lot. Me, I had reservations ordering progressive lens. However, the outcome was very good. In the future, we would purchase again.

Happy with this experience, just a little expensive.....

The glasses are great and the price was very reasonable. It did take longer to get them than anticipated.

Good selection of frames. Priced well. Quick delivery. Will be ordering again at the first of the year.

I have dealt with the company in the past and they have always delivered quickly and, for the most part, accurately. I had an issue this time (partly my fault, partly theirs.). I tried calling, writing and then writing again through their "help" page and got no reply at any time. I was able to resolve the issue myself but the lack of customer service I experienced keeps me from giving them 5 stars. They do have an excellent selection of glasses and I would probably still do business with them.
