The lenses are horrible. Customer Service is worse!!
The lenses are horrible. Two calls as well as two emails to customer service have gone unanswered. DO NOT make the mistake of ordering from this company.

Never received, no updates, horrible experience.
Placed a "rush"-order on 07/06/2020, it is now 07/28/2020 and I have not yet received it, it has not been shipped, nor made or whatever. I called, left messages, wrote them on their homepage, no answers at all. I slowly think I fell for a Scam. I am leaving the country in 10 days and have no idea what I am going to do now.

Never received glasses. No reply from customer service.
Ordered a pair of glasses at the beginning of the month. Now, three weeks later I still have not received the glasses and I have contacted customer service three times. They have never responded. Had to contact my credit card company to report a fraudulent sale. Avoid them at all costs.

Bad customer service no returns.
Tried to return something and never got any email from them to do so. They claimed you can return easily but that is not true.

Still haven't received a refund for a return after over a month
They have not refunded me for one of the pairs of frames I returned over a month ago. I phoned twice and sent 3 emails, and was only told that they were still "looking for" the frames I returned, which tells me someone on their end isn't doing their job very well. I will never purchase eyeglass frames online again.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE-STILL WAITING
I ordered frames, received an email the next day -"Sorry they were discontinued by the manufacturer, We're CANCELLING your order and refunding your money." Not a huge deal, I ordered with someone else and got them in a couple days. Still no refund 4 weeks later. No response from customer service via email. On the phone I waited on hold over an hour before just being cut off. Lo and behold yesterday I received the frames. Sorry but too little too late - I want my money now.
