Couldn't have been an easier order - simple single vision lenses & frame. I'm absolutely furious...my son, who's currently sitting his exams has been without glasses and hasn't been able to see properly for well over a month!!!! I ordered these glasses well over a month ago now, and they STILL can't even provide an ETA - apparently the glasses haven't even been dispatched yet! This is an utter disgrace. Just incompetence and 'don't care/no customer service' hiding behind a Covid-19 excuse. For heaven's sake do not deal with this company. Their 'customer service' is the worst I've ever encountered in my entire life - all I get is sarcasm and a 'couldn't care less attitude'. Do yourself a favor and do not deal with is firm.

Did not send one of the items. Has not returned any or my calls or emails to customer service. Will not be using again or recommending.

Hi I purchased only a frame on the website and asked for DHL express delivery. 5 days later order has not been sent and I sent two emails with no answers. Very poor customer service!

In Jan 2020, I ordered a pair of frames and requested next day ($12.00) shipping. The frames were sent regular mail and I had to wait 5 extra days for frames I needed immediately. Jump forward to my current order Aug 2020, again needed another frame immediately. I ordered two pair this time around. Thankfully, the order was mailed next day as requested: however, the wrong color was sent (ordered matte black, sent tortoise). Rcvd order on 8/10. Attempted to reach out to customer service via email as requested due to phone lines being unavailable. With no response by 8/13. I called one of your two brick and mortar locations. Speaking to a representative and sharing my situation, they were rather short and pushing it off as “human error, it happens”. They told me they would order the right pair, but due to not having them in the store, could take another week. Luckily, the correct pairs arrived on 8/17. This order took longer to receive than the first one due to the “human error” that happens. Which in my case is on every order. My two, and only experiences have been extremely disappointing. Moving forward, I will no longer use your company as there does not seem to be any quality control or accountability when placing orders online. I really hope your brick and mortars are more successful and provide the customer service one expects when conducting business with your company.

The frame I ordered was sent back on the same day it was received. It took a week to get here and on top of that the frame was missing a nose pad and the screw that holds it in place. The person that packed it should be reprimanded!

Is @eyeglasspro still in business? I placed my order yesterday online and they said they sent an email for prescription specs. It never came. I called this morning and no one answered and the number on their website doesn’t work. If they’re not in business anymore, how do I get a refund?

Ordered sunglasses July 30th 2020. It is now August 13th 2020 and I have heard nothing. My emails are not responded to and I have tried many times. Left message on their voice mail that was not answered. Will NOT be buying from this company again. Would give it minus stars if possible. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!
