I am from South Africa. I ordered and paid for my glasses More than six months ago and they still have not arrived. I have written to the customer email address more than three times and no one responds to my complaint. I’ve even wondered if this site is just a scam and I’ve lost my money for ever. An awful client experience. I wish I could reverse it all.

Frames came stretched out and bent. I have made many several attempts to reach your Customer Service with NO RESPONSE AT ALL!!! I REQUESTED A "PREPAID RETURN LABEL" SEVERAL TIMES- NO RESPONSE!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER: (

Eyeglass frame arrived with chips on the frame. And paint continues to chip off. I expected a response to my email within 24 hours and so far have had no response.

ordered six weeks ago, received nothing

no one answers the phone or returns phone calls. I ordered the wrong product, returned it according to instructions, and also sent instructions for the replacement product. I have had no return advice that i've received credit or that the replacement frames were sent back. I've ordered the frames from someone else

I think this company must be dead. No answering phones or emails. My order was originally placed on June 6. It is now 2.5 months later, and I have received nothing. After weeks of trying to get a human on the phone, they promised they would send the glasses on August 11. Still nothing.
