The first issue was that the glasses were dirty when I received them. It appeared to be some type of grit or dust all over the lenses. Secondly, I underestimated the extent of fitting I would need to get the frames adjusted, and in fact they still aren't correct. Although the frame dimensions are the same as on the last several pairs I've purchased, I've had to make multiple trips to a local eyeglass shop for adjustments and still these slid down my face after less than a minute of wearing them. It's rather awkward going into a retail store for adjustments on something I didn't purchase there. On the other hand, the lens quality is very good. Going with CR39 over poly, the optics are great. However, these are heavy by comparison. Even with my -2.25/-2.50 prescription the lenses are thicker than I'm used to. These easily weigh twice what my last few pairs with poly lenses have weighed.

Wanted to order frames with lenses, but had a question about lenses and found there is no customer help available. They answer the phone with a recording saying no one is available, leave a message. I did, and no one cared to reply. My last order was less than perfect, and I wanted to avoid a repeat. I ordered frames, and will get lenses locally, where I can have two way communication and get exactly what I need. The frames are what I wanted, though, so that pulls the rating up to three stars.

I am actually reviewing customer service. After nearly a month, I have not yet received my replacement lenses for my sunglasses, so I am not able to review the actual product. The prescription was uploaded and my glasses left my possession on April 27th. I attempted to reach "customer service" to confirm receipt of my prescription via the "help" chat on their website, via voicemail to their "customer service" line and via email to their customer service email and never received a response. They updated me on 5/4/21 that my glasses were sent to the lab and multi-focus lenses take 3-5 business days. On 5/11/21 I received notification that my glasses shipped. On 5/15/21 I received an email asking me to confirm that I received the glasses by clicking on a link, or wait 24-48 hours and call the "customer service" line. I waited 48 hours and on 5/17/21 called the service line, left a message, which is the only option for online customers, and never received a response. On 5/18/21, I sent another email to the "help" email, and as of this writing have not received my glasses and have never, ever heard one word from this company other than their auto generated emails. It seems that there actually is no online customer service and no way to actually reach the company for an online customer. UPDATE: My sunglasses came today, 5/19/21. I felt it was only right to come back and update my 1 star review to a 3 based on the quality of the product. My frames were loose, and now they are nice and secure, and they did an excellent job with the lenses. They sent them back in a nice case, although I still have the original, and even sent the old lenses back. A cleaning cloth would have been a nice touch, but I actually like their lens work better than the ones I purchased in my town. But not so much better that I would wait 3 weeks in limbo again.

Lenses feel shaky In frame, as if they could come out. I haven't contacted customer service due to taking a while for them to respond initially, when needing billed for order.

Only received one of three frames purchased. Luckily, the one frame worked fine.

The order I placed was filled correctly. I only ordered frames, so cannot offer an opinion on lenses. Make sure you order what you want and that all your sizes are correct, because good luck with customer service. I have been trying for the past week to get an email response or someone to answer the phone. All I want is to set up an exchange. Also, if you try to do a return, it says on the papers that are in the package to go to eyeglasses.com, create an account, and go to the returns page. There is a link to create a return shipping label. Not there, it says page not found.

Great prices and excellent experience.

One of the frames I ordered was discontinued. (Why is it shown on your website?) The other two arrived in a relatively short time by UPS. Neither worked for me. Your selection is great, but I find it very difficult to find suitable frames online. This is one of those purchases that is best done at a physical eyeglass store. When I attempted to return the frames that did not work, I could not find the link on your website to print a return UPS label. (My receipt says this is available on the MyAccount page, but I could not find it. I requested chat assistance, but it only indicated someone would email me soon. I never received the chat assistance.) I gave up and arranged for the return of the frames myself. I will visit a physical store as soon as I am able.
