Ordered on September 9, no glasses as of October 26. No reply to emails or chats. They seem to be a front for stealing people's money and not actually a maker of glasses. At this point I just need some glasses so I'm probably going to buy elsewhere and chalk this up to being ripped off - also will be leaving a review of the websites that recommend these clowns as a "top seller" Total BS! Update - they finally did ship the glasses. However their reply is a lie. They didn’t try to contact me past the initial discussion of the order and prescription. And as far as the glasses themselves - the lenses have the correct strength, but they’re ground so bizarrely that they completely distort my vision. I don’t know what was wrong with them but I ended up taking the frames to a local optometrist to get new lenses. Basically the whole experience with these people was bad, bad, bad!!!! I will never ever buy from them again and if you decide to take a chance and it turns out badly for you, you can’t say you weren’t warned. This all happened in fall of 2020 and here we are a year later and eyeglasses.com is just now replying to this review. I think that tells you all you need to know.

They sent me the wrong glasses, all my calls and emails went unanswered, when I finally was able to speak to a customer service representative she was very rude and not very helpful, and I was told that I had to pay the shipping cost to return the glasses even though they sent me the wrong ones. I will not be ordering from them again.

I tried to cancel my order because it was taking So Long to ship. I emailed and phoned and heard Nothing back. I had paid extra for next day shipping which was useless since it took so long to ship. I at least deserve credit for that. I did finally get the glasses which I had tried to cancel. It’s as if no one is reading emails or listening to the phone. I will never do business with them again.

Order was promised to arrive in 10-15 days but ultimately took 5 weeks, but they did bill my credit card immediately after the order. They had my money for 5 weeks before I got the product. Repeated contacts with customer service were promptly and politely replied to with promises that were never kept. Shipping tracking system is horrible. Even now that my order has arrived their tracking shows it as not yet in transit.

I would give you 5 but you’ve shipped me 3 pairs of glasses and I only ordered one AND no one responds to my emails.

I have a problem with a current order and have tried repeatedly to reach someone about it to no avail.

I have yet to receive my order. My American Express was charged on September 26th. It is now October 11th. I will be contacting AMEX this week to open a dispute as it seems that this company is fraudulently charging me for items never received.

Terrible website- all eyeglass frames are turned at an angle, so nearly impossible to get see the true shape. Page slides up and down every time I select a new filter. When I call for phone support, message I get is "we are not offering phone support at this time." Left a message for someone to call me back yesterday and still not received a callback. Almost every detail a person would need to order a pair of glasses is absent. Absolutely would not recommend this site to anyone on the planet.
