I had some serious reservations about buying online, but this was a good experience. No problems, great price, quick delivery. I would buy from here again.

I choose eyeglasses because it has the specific brand of lens and frame my son likes. The other companies do not have many choices. Also, I sent my son's glasses for repair and it was great. They mailed me back without charging me.

My prescription sunglasses arrived with a bad lens. I don't know if it was my error or theirs, but they made it right and sent me the proper lens. I was very impressed with their service.

When I called with a question about a lens coating not listed on the website, the person who answered the phone made a call and found out that they could add that coating, which was great. He could answer my questions about the other lens options, too. I sent them my old frames and got them back in good time with great new lenses. No complications anywhere. I got Trivex lenses on the recommendation of my eye doctor, and I'm glad; I've always been bothered by glasses (feels like I'm talking to people through a closed window; weird), but these, not so much. And the Transitions option has been a godsend on our recent sunny days with snow cover, which accentuates the glare.

I ordered and received my glasses and they were perfect. The quality was excellent and the fit to match. No adjustments necessary. Will be back!
