I found a beautiful pair of Tiffany Frames at a local retail chain. The frames themselves were not cheap, and once the progressive lenses were added, the total was $550. I was also swayed by the fact that they had a brick and mortar store, less than an hour away if need be.The process of ordering online was a little overwhelming, there were many lens choices. A call to the West Hartford provided me with step by step directions, and answers to all my questions. With a coupon from Retailmenot.com, my price was $385, well below what the other store was charging. The only con was the wait time. It was nearly 3 weeks, because the frames came from Italy. However, in the end, the glasses were amazing, and I saved $165. Totally worth the wait!!

Purchase frames and lenses. Temples on the frames were too long. Called customer service for replacing temples with shorter ones. Easy to work with and responsive. I will purchase from eyeglasses.com again.

Ordered glasses but was notified the frame I wanted was no longer available from the manufacturer. Eyeglasses.com offered an additional 10% discount for the inconvenience if I wanted to pick out another frame. Great customer service. I'll purchase from these folks again.
