Asked online if the glasses I was ordering would come with a strap and they told me yes. When I got the glasses in, they came with 2 straps, which was a nice surprise :) I also called to ask the status on my order and they told me the glasses would be shipped the following day and they were. And they got ship to me quickly. They are less expensive than buying elsewhere and still have great customer service.
