Glasses came in a timely manner and came with a case as well!

Had an issue with color (my fault) and there was zero talk about it. Simply they had me return them and they replaced with the color I needed - no arguments. I found the pricing a bit higher than other web based sales, but I also got EVERYTHING I asked for and no hassles. Their shipping is lightning fast - like overnight... These folks are a very nice find.

Very pleased with the glasses I received as well as the assistance I received while placing my order. This included a helpful online chat with an assistant, as well as a detailed email exchange with Alicia, the Director of Lab Operations, who made sure I understood the options I was selecting for my glasses. Will definitely work with this group again.

They had great customer service, and sent the right amount of emails to let me know where my glasses were in the production stages. Once they shipped out, shipping was pretty prompt and I received them on time as I was expecting. The only thing I do recommend to be cautious of is because they have so many different frames, sometimes they don't have the style, or certain color, or size in stock in specific frames anymore. Every time I have been looking at glasses, I just use their live chat on the website to double check that the specific frame, color, and size is in fact still in stock. A couple of times they weren't in stock or available anymore and the website was updated with the new information as soon as I was told by the representative. Planning to order from them again soon!

My glasses cracked right down the middle and I needed a pair a frames asap mainly for driving and staying focused at work. It took awhile to hear from anyone, but once I did the service was great and I love my glasses. My last Flex-on frames last me 12 years.
