I bought prescription sunglasses. I apparently made an error in specifying the lenses. Customer service contacted me and explained mg options. I appreciated their forethought.

Just as expected. The functions in this site are simply awesome! My lenses are the most complicated (progressive) with high options (Ultra High Index, HD Digital - Varilux Physio W3+ 1.74 Index, Crizal Avance Anti-Reflective, 2 Yr. Warranty FREE), which cost me over $500, but still saved me huge comparing buying in a store where the top options are extremely expensive! The only risk is your glasses frame, which you don't know until you wear it, so need to know what fit you first. I took the risk, and got my favor frame, which is not perfect for me (the legs are oversized to me when I picked a wider frame purposely), but I know that is already the best I can get from anywhere, since I simply cannot find one that I like in Lens crafter any more... hope they can do the frame adjustment for an order, or customize a frame, which will be so awesome!! Since you spend over $500 for the lens, you would not mind to spend more than $200 to get a perfect frame for you, right?

Quick fulfillment. I wish I knew more about lens materials, they offer many choices.

I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the ridiculously long wait from the time I ordered till I received my glasses, which was almost 3 weeks. Price was brilliant, glasses are super cute (Ray Ban RX5206 top black on texture white), and prescription was spot on.

I rated 4 stars because I only purchased frames; no lenses. I was thrilled to find a nice selection of petite frames. And I ordered three pairs. Two I kept, and one I returned for a credit. I’m in Canada and was able to take advantage of their international shipping. The customer service people were very helpful and made this shopping experience very easy. No more searching brick and mortar stores for me. This is my new go to place for frames.

The clip on sunglasses are lovely. The frames are ok, not quite as nice as my old pair. Price was fair. Service was quick and trouble free. Would buy from them again.

I generally had a good experience shopping. The only problem I had is being unable to try on the spectacles using my portrait even though I could seemy portrait loaded onto the page. Fortunately the glasses fit and looks well.
