When I called their 800 # with a question, I spoke immediately to a LIVE customer service person--no automated system--no "push such-and-such a number for whatever." Received the ordered frames in a very timely matter. They were very nice, but just didn't look right with my face & coloring. I returned them per very clear instructions and received an email when the returned frames were received by Eyeglasses.com. My credit card was credited for the full amount within a day or two--no restocking fee!

Good service - ordering was easy, delivery was fast (only 5 days), and the frames are exactly what I needed (good quality, right size). I did find these frames for less on other websites, but their customer reviews were awful and their return policies were poor. This company has the best return policy for glasses that I found anywhere on the internet (fortunately, I didn't need it but it's good to know that I wouldn't have had any problems with returns if needed). Great job!

They did an excellent job putting new lenses in my old frames. I was nervous about sending in my old titanium half-frames, because they are the only frames that are comfortable and lightweight enough for me, and nothing comparable is available now. What a relief--the new lenses are perfect and the frames are undamaged. I would definitely recommend trusting them with your favorite old frames.
