I ordered a pair of sunglasses a week before I ordered a pair of regular glasses. The regular glasses showed up faster than the estimate and I was impressed with the quality and how thin the lenses are because I have a very high prescription. The sunglasses I was not as impressed because it took over a month for those to arrive and not because of any options that I picked on the lenses but because the frames in that color were back ordered. I received no notification of this I had to send 2 emails and call them in order to find this out and then switch to a color they had in stock. They did provide free next day air shipping however I was still not pleased that no one told me this earlier so that I could have switched to a different color frame that was in stock.

Glasses were made perfect to my vision, everyone was looking great, until I noticed the frame of the glasses were really bent. I had to take them to my local eye doctor to try and get them fixed.

My order was accepted on 8-5-2018 and the glasses were received on 8-27-2018. The order was supposed to have been an in stock frame, KALA Chateau located in California. The eyeglasses themselves are beautiful and lensed correctly to prescription. I am pleased with the glasses, but dinged the service 1 star for slow delivery of the product. All things considered, I forgive the seller for the delay. Eyeglasses.com tried to make it up by shipping UPS 2 day priority. I will recommend to others and use eyeglasses.com myself for future glasses. Thank you for a 4 star experience.

Although it took 42 days to receive my glasses and 30 days until I got my refund, I generally had a positive experience. Everything they did was as informed on their website, so I advise you read it before you deal with them. They warn customers that shipping can take a long time because most of their stock is virtual inventory, so if you need glasses urgently you should go elsewhere. The only negative thing I have to say is that they do not respond to emails. I sent 3 and never received one reply.

It took longer to get the frames than I expected. Apparently it was out of stock and had to be ordered from Italy. It would have been nice if they said so. As for the frame, it was exactly as advertised, but it seems more fragile than the frames at my local optometrist.

I love the frames and they did a good job on my progressive lense. The only negative thing is you cannot speak to anyone regarding your order. They are slow to reply to emails too. Other than that they were great with my order.

Shipment was delayed. Really like the glasses.

It seemed daunting at first. I looked into over 12 local and online places before Eyeglasses.com. They had the best prices, turn around time and shipping. I made sure to read FAQs and shipping details prior to ordering. It helps in the end. I purchased my frames elsewhere weeks earlier. So I started by selecting replacement lens. The step by step selection process was easy due to descriptions for each lens and option clearly displayed. It took about 10 minutes to select and order my lenses. I uploaded my current prescription (as suggested to minimize verification time). Eyeglasses.com paid for me to ship them my frame. I got the label within a few minutes of completing my order. I sent my frames out the same day as my order, 7/13/18. I paid a rush fee of $9. It was worth it because I got my glasses back on 7/26/18. I gave 4 stars because there were a few times I felt I was missing info I should have. Below are the times my experience could have been better. 1. In my account, it would be helpful to see an status update then my frames were recieved. 2. In my account seeing a status when glasses are in quality review. 3. Customer service emails could provide more specific details and time frames on the customer's order. I had to compare it to the site and still didn't have a clear answer. 4. Offering chat services to customers are expected to be chats and not a form, which I never recieved an answer from. I had to call customer service for an order update. But the woman I spoke to was great and provided an order update. She was spot on with my delivery date too!
