I heard horror stories about buying eyeglasses online and was cautioned against it, especially with my strong Rx and progressive lenses. I know there are some who have a bad experience at some online places, but I must say using eyeglasses.com has been a very positive experience. If this is your first time, you have to learn a lot about eyeglasses, but I found it interesting and it didn't take a lot of time. Customer Service answered my questions completely and helped me pick the right lense for my Rx. I can see again!!! And the price was better, too!

The Frames that I purchased from your company are the ones I have been using for 3 years. I purchased two pair of glasses when I had my last check up, and they have performed excellent. Was able to purchase two pair at the time because we had vision care insurance. Have since retired and Eyeglasses.com proivded me opportunity to purchase a pair "Direct", for my Optometrist shared with me that he no longer carried this particular Frame. Very Pleased with my purchase and upon receipt, took them immediately to my Optometrist to have him install the lenses from the glasses I broke a short while ago. Should be good to go with the Brand New Frames in a couple of days. I'll be buying a 2nd "Backup Frame" soon, for the price was Excellent and your well designed Website made my 1st purchase very easy. Thanks again,

First time using eyeglasses.com, it was super simple to pick my frames and upload my script, had to ask my previous eyedoctor what my PD measurement is but other than that...everything went smoothly and I got them pretty fast. The frames are beautiful and I like them more than the $300 handcrafted ones from the Netherlands that I had previously (that my dog broke by headbutting my face). I would recommend this website to anyone.

I was so impressed. My glasses @ $195.00 were the EXACT ones I ordered from my doctor a year ago for over $500.00. And Eyeglasses.com even sent the original plastic lenses that came with the Stepper Frames that were stamped with the logo so I would be assured they were real Steppers and not knock-offs. I am telling all of my friends about the quality of the product. I'd definitely order again from Eyeglasses.com.
