My frames are just what I wanted and…
My frames are just what I wanted and lenses are perfect - only problems I had were that the original frames I picked were obsolete - I was sent an email to pick a different style which I did - two days later I was still getting emails to pick a different frame - then had to finally call which was another problem getting to speak to a person. Got a very helpful woman on the phone and she fixed everything. A few days later got my glasses and I'm happy with them. plus the price was excellent!

Excellent product and service
Excellent product and service. Only complaint is hard to get replies from questions. Chats disappear after a couple minutes (are not saved, so if you step away from your computer while waiting for the chat person to appear or reply, you may return to a completely gone chat history.) and emailed questions not answered.

Had to send back frames as they were…
Had to send back frames as they were too curved in the front piece. They corrected it. I am very happy with them now...

My go to store for round shape glasses
My RX is strong, I need progressive lenses, and I still use plastic CR-39 lenses since I could never adapt to high index lenses (the higher the ABBE, the better I see). Smaller round lenses are best for me, but it has increasingly become more difficult to find round glasses frames since most brick and mortar optical stores no longer stock round glasses frames. I guess glasses frames have become more about fashion then about being a medical appliance. I'm so glad that Eleglasses.com is still willing to carry round shaped glasses frames in smaller sizes. The John Lennon round frames with a spring hinge is a great fit for me. Eyeglasses.com has a fair price for the frames too. I've purchased frames from Eyeglasses three times. Very good experiences all three times. I just wish shipping was a bit faster since two - three weeks seems to be the norm, otherwise I would award 5 stars.
