This was our first time using Eyeglasses.com, and I admit to being very nervous. We ordered 5 sets of frames to try on, and that alone was a lot of money to put out front. But after my husband tried them on and decided on a pair, everything was EASY and FAST. I returned the frames, marked the frame of choice. Added a copy of the prescription to the package and shipped them back. At the same time I uploaded a picture of my husband wearing his "new" frames so they could mark the SEG line for his progressive lenses. This was the part we were worried about, would the line be in the right place? Our experience was amazing! First of all, the credit for returned frames was nearly instantaneous. Secondly, my husband insisted on GLASS lenses so we expected to wait for the glasses to be delivered........They came in so fast! Thirdly, no worries, the progressive lenses came out JUST RIGHT! The first time he put them on he was apprehensive, but soon learned they were spot on and ready to go~ Excellent! BTW, I also used phone support to verify the return address. Phone Support folks are wonderful. Personable and helpful! All I can say is MY TURN! Purchased : frames, progressive glass lenses, and transitions.
