Upon receipt, frames did not fit as expected, but they looked nice.

If The glasses had been finished a just a little quicker they would have received 5 stars

I thought my single-vision glasses probably could have arrived sooner, that's why I am giving this 4 instead of 5 stars. It took me 8 days to get my glasses. Other than that I was happy. The price was great and they were easy to order.

This is the second pair of frames I bought from eyeglasses.com this year, owing to my need for a pair of distance glasses, and separate reading glasses. Due to the differences in both prescriptions, I can't have them combined into a pair of bifocals. It's the exact same pair of frames I bought last month, and the only difference in the experience is that this time, about five days elapsed after purchase before I got any sort of a shipping confirmation. I received the frames the very next day after that, so I conclude the shipping confirmation just didn't go out as soon as it should have. I still did not buy lenses from them, again owing to the fact that they can't make my prescription high index anymore. And I still needed to go outside the website to find a coupon code for my purchase, as the website didn't have anything, again. Perhaps if I had waited for some sort of holiday, I could have caught a sale.

Service excellent. This is an identical replacement of prescription sunglasses I received before from eyeglasses.com. Seems to me the lens are not as sharp as the the old ones that I still have to compare with. The service, ease and price are all stellar.

I was very pleased with the product and shipping time. Loved the glasses and found them a described. The price was amazing.

Really like the glasses, but what I received differed from the picture I viewed on-line. Seems like a small thing, but the frames were supposed to have black temple tips and I received tortoise shell. Customer service told me they would send the black tips.... but these never found their way into my possession.

The glasses I ordered was OC4/C, which had cable ear pieces. When I received them they had straight ear pieces. I called customer service. They informed me that I would be sent the correct frames, after three phones calls, I received them, and they where also incorrect. they also had straight ear pieces. I called and talked to Stephanie, she was very helpful, and went as far as to refund my money and also sent me correct frames. Please tell her I send my sincere gratitude.
