I just came across this Trustpilot website and saw that there is a review for Eyeglasses.com. I think they are okay when nothing go wrong. I used to order glasses from them for my whole family for three or four years, until Oct 2018. When they messed up my silhouette frame by putting a sharp turn on one of the legs. The person who worked on it must of said, "oops". I then send them back with photos showing them where they messed up. They said they will replace the leg that they messed up, since after making a sharp bend, there is no way to reverse the bend. Well guess what, two weeks later, they send back the same leg by bending it back as much as they could, which you can tell comparing to the other leg on the frame that one leg has been bent. Bottom line, they have integrity issue and not willing to fix their mistakes the correct way and lie that they will replace it. So, they saved $100 of not replacing the leg that they messed up, but have lost all of my business with my whole family since Oct. 2018. Since then I have gone to Lensabl and very happy with them. Poor Service - do not use it I purchased and paid for 2 frames but only 1 frame was delivered without any explanation and further guidance when the 2nd frame would be delivered and this over one month. The 0800 customer service phone hotline did not work at all, and emails to the customer service were not responded at all. Customers are just kept in the dark.

Never received my glasses was emailed 3 weeks later saying they were in back order I had two orders we asked for both to be returned only one was returned and other is still not returned.

I order my glasses on March 9th and paid an extra 12 dollars for next business day shipping. I still have not received my glasses and it is March 29th. Order #BN-4827

My order online was easy to navigate and I received the package in great time but the customer service is deplorable. It is near impossible to get hold of anyone or get an answer to my emails.

Ordered sunglasses weeks ago. Order status unchanged. No response to emails, can't get through to telephone number. No way to cancel order on-line.

If I could give these frames 0 stars I would do it. The U shaped metal piece that holds the noise pads was connected to the bridge very crooked and as a result the glasses never look they are sitting straight. The lenses were suppose to have a scratch proof coating and they scratched on the first day I wore them. They were also suppose to have Crizal anti-glare coating and they have the same amount of glare that my older pair of glasses do that don't have any anti-glare on them. Beyond disappointing!
