Have always enjoyed my experience with Eyeglasses.com. I have purchased 3 pairs of glasses over the years and they have always come quickly and I love them.

Ordering on the internet was easy. The frames arrived much sooner than I had expected. I returned one of the frames that I had ordered and kept the other. True to their word, a credit was posted to my credit card within a few days after they received the frame back. Service was excellent.

Your Customer Service Representative was excellent in helping find my previous order from 4 years ago. He was professional, willing to help, and had a great attitude! It's also nice to talk with a real human and not a automated voicemail. Also your company carries additional clips which is rare. This was a gift and he loves these clips. Thank you I will definitely refer you to others and I will check out your frames for myself.

This was my first time ordering glasses online. I had tried the frames I bought in a store first so I knew that they were right for me. I liked the way the website described the lenses and options that go with it. I got updated emails to let me know when they would ship. My glasses turned out great! Best of all, I paid the same price out of pocket as I did with my last pair of glasses which were bought at a popular glasses store with my eye insurance. I would definitely recommend:-)
