Very pleased with the quality of the product.

I used to own an optical laboratory, so I was reticent to use an online store for something as important as my eyeglasses. This is the second time that I've used Eyeglasses.com for my eye wear needs--both for frame and lenses. They get it right the first time, and they have a great warranty and redo policy. I am extremely happy that I found them, because they are at least one-half the cost of any store.

I worked with Michelle at Eyeglasses.com to prepare my Frame and Lens order. She was very knowlegeable and extremely helpful. This is my second order in 4 years. The first order was just frames. On the most recent order I included lenses as well. The quality and name brand products were outstanding. The service is impeccable. They back up their orders with a warranty. The prices for the lenses were manufactured of high quality were 25% lower than what my optometrist office would charge even though they offered a 10% discount. Why pay more? Thank you so much eyeglasses.com for excellent, service, excellent quality, at a reasonable price.

My experience with this company is that they do what they say. I purchased eyeglass frames and they were too small. I followed their online instructions to send them back for a refund and they did exactly what they said they would do. I got a refund on both pair. I just ordered 2 more pair to see if these will fit better.

Great experience! I’ve used other companies and waited 8 weeks still without glasses. Eyeglasses.com is user friendly with extremely fast turnaround service. Price was great as well. Will definitely purchase from again.

The absolute best price! AND, I could never find Penguin brand here in Thailand. You saved me! DHL was a little slower than promised, but better than a slow boat! Now I'll have to order some sunglasses!
