The glasses arrived in a reasonable time, packaged well, but in a very flimsy grey, felt eyeglass case. Considering the cost of the glasses, I would have expected a nicer hard side case.

The glasses took slightly longer than expected, and getting through to customer service by phone took forever, but the glasses themselves were great!

I had to call customer service twice, as the website was rather overwhelming with choices of lenses and a bit tricky to wade through. The first rep I got was abrupt and seemed like she couldn’t wait to get off the phone. The 2nd rep was excellent- patient and knowledgeable. I took his recommendation for lenses, which were a bit more than I’d hoped to pay. When I received my frames with lenses, I was very pleasantly surprised to be able to see with more clarity than any lenses I’ve ever had in my 67 years! (Ok, 57 years as I got glasses at 10.) They’re lightweight and I feel like I have super-vision! Yay!

Shipping was good product cam in perfectly new condition just wish the price would show canadian as well as amarican but all around happy with everything

The glasses arrived in time and in good condition. We had to adjust the legs a bit so that it can stay in place better. That's the downside of buying such things on line.

Great service and refunding my order was very quick and painless. The only downfall was I was responsible for return shipping. Not a fan at all.
