Buyer beware! What a scam outfit. Highly disappointed with eyeglasses.com for sure. Called a few times after placing my order online to get an update after waiting a week and they told me I should be receiving my order in 2 days and after waiting 2 days since they never arrived I called again and they told me they were coming from CT now and I should receive them in 2 days. So, after 14 days I called again and was put on hold for 5 minutes and this snotty, defensive woman who answered the phone told me that the factory (or something similar to that) did not have what ordered so I would not receive them at all. How disappointing! Never again. "Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me." Awful experience to say the least. We should have read their reviews first. Not good. To take an order, charge my card and lead you on for 2 weeks, then have a snotty woman from Eyeglasses.com treat you in such a manner is unacceptable. There are many other respectable eye care companies that you could shop at instead of eyeglasse.com That is where I am off to. Bye-Bye.

I ordered glasses a month ago via the eyeglasses.com website. I received no order confirmation email and no order status updates. When I log in to my order history it says the order status is "In Process" . When I call their 1-888-896-3885 number I get a recording that says " you've reached us outside of our normal business hours". But they don't say what those hours are. I've called the number at different times and dates but always the same message. I emailed their customer support but only got an automated reply saying they received my inquiry. I'm beginning to think this is a scam.

I ordered lenses from eyeglasses.com for an older set of frames. When the frames came back, I couldn't see through the new lenses! I called and fought with customer service, who was trying to claim I just wasn't used to them. Luckily I had other glasses with the new perscription that worked fust fine. Eyeglasses finally sent me the return lable, and then the saga really began. It took months for my glasses to be returned to me. I had to make multiple calls, finally got an optician who went looking for the glasses. She told me they had been sitting on the managers desk, he was using them as an example for proper quality care. She told me eyeglasses had got the axis rotated by 90 degrees, which was why I couldn't see through them. The optician got my glasses finally sent back to me. But wait! There's more! When my glasses arrived, I unboxed them and could see beautifully... from only one eye.... they hadn't fixed both lenses... so back to customer service. The gal at customer service tried to make this my fault! She told me I just wasn't seeing right.. this time I knew what to look for, rotated my glasses 90 degrees, and could see through them, so I could confirm they hadn't fixed both lenses. She told me they did over 90 quality checks, and the glasses past all of them.. Im thinking did you check against the perscription I sent? Because this was an easy catch... She offered to cover only half the cost of sending the frames back, only to later retact the offer when I said that was ridiculous. Then she told me it costs too much to keep fixing my glasses, but as a FAVOR to me she'd do it only ONE more time, but I had to pay to ship the glasses back. When I refused she hung up on me. So I wrote a letter, quoting their correctness return police, and sent it to customer service, and to the president of the company requesting a full refund. I have received no answer.

Go elsewhere. I ordered frames (no lenses) eleven days ago. My credit card was charged. I sent an email inquiry about the status of my order four days ago - no response. I tried their chatbot today; there is no live customer service. I called the customer service line 8 hours ago and after waiting 15 minutes, I was pushed to VM. Next stop: BBB.

The frame I ordered and paid for, turned out to be no longer available. So I requested a refund three times already. However, I received zero response from Eyeglasses. They just do not respond to my emails. In my opinion they are totally unreliable.

If I could give it no ⭐️ I would. I ordered an Oakley glasses, waited 2 weeks and no emails traffic from them with shipping info. Emailed CS with 2 of the emails and nothing, called 2 numbers and no answers. DO NOT do business with this company!

I wish I could review glasses, but since my order on the 4th of May, there has been no word on their production whatsoever. I called a few days ago, 10 days after the order which I paid for expedited service for, and they said they were waiting on frames, and they should be in the mail Monday the 18th it is now the 20th no word, so I called thier number only to get a voicemail that they were closed outside business hours yet it was 0800, then 0900, then 1000, then noon, then 5pm, then 8pm, same message on a Wednesday. Are they still in business, or did they steal my 442.95 dollar and run. I have been lied to, plus, I went to the website and some how they put a price for order which was completely.paid at 877.95 dollars , what did they double it because I complained. Beware of this company, I travel in a few days for a long trip, without the glasses. I attempted to cancel order with no results, no axknowlegements, still unable to speak to anyone since last week, the service lady sent me to voicemail instead of helping me. I want my money back in full, I checked with Maryland and Federal law customer Protection and found out they are violating the law, I am prepared to go after them

I ordered empty frames on 3/5/26. They finally shipped *some* frames on 3/20. On 3/30, I called them to tell them they had sent the wrong size frames. They emailed me a shipping label and I returned them. They received them on 4/10. After a few weeks, I called to ask where the frames were, and was told they should be sent out in 4 or 5 more days. On 5/11, I called again. The rep said she'd email me about my frames within 30 minutes. I never got an email (yes, I checked my spam folder). On 5/12, I called again, and I was informed that the manufacturer no longer makes those frames. They refunded my money. So it took ten weeks of wearing patched, broken frames to find out that they couldn't supply the replacements they listed as "in stock," on yheir website. Color me extremely dissatisfied. In yhe meantime, I've gotten spam emails from them every two days (which reminded me to write this review). They can communicate like crazy, via automated spamming software, but not so much about an actual order, once you've given them your money.
