I couldn't be more pleased! Recently, the frame of a brand new pair of eyeglasses broke. As the lenses were undamaged and very expensive, I hoped to find a replacement frame to fit them. I tried half a dozen eyeglass stores near me with no success as my lenses required a much larger frame than the tiny rectangles so prevalent today. I then discovered eyeglasses.com. After an encouraging phone call, I sent the lenses and broken frame to them. In no time they emailed me with a link to a suggested replacement frame. I gave the OK, and a few days later I received my new pair of glasses. The service was flawless, the new frame was just what I asked for, and the price was far lower than I ever imagined.

It was great - took a few days more than I expected, but I love the glasses. I found a style I liked that a friend had and luckily Eyeglasses carried the same frame. I entered the lense selection wrong the first time - selecting reading glasses instead of bi-focals but the one time re-do was easy to arrange and was faster than the first time. very happy
