Good purchase experience, just the shipping did not mention the complete address which was for delivery and as entered on the site. Fortunately, the name was correctly paired by receiving party.

I ordered over the phone a new set of frames because my old frames broke. The company sent me my new frames along with someone else's order for a total of 550.00 dollars. My frames were $107.00 so it cost me 15 dollars to insure the glasses I did not order, to send them back. I hope this company is going to reimburse me for their mistake. ???

I loved my frames but it took 2 weeks to get them. I would have purchased local as soon needed them.

I receive one of my orders on time but the other was ordered because it's coming from Italy. I would have liked to know that l prior to purchase so I would have had the choice to decline. I needed my glasses for a reason and now I won't get them until a month from now. Not good and this is the last purchase from this company. I'll stick to my local company next time at least they are honest about the wait time up front

Long wait for shipping, but understandable. A bit pricey. But satisfied with quality.

Ordering was easy and my glasses are fine. I am frustrated that this site allows a person to choose overnight shipping (and pay for it). It took one week for me to receive my glasses. I sent two emails requesting a a refund for me shipping charge and had no reply.

It took weeks to ship the glass frames only to me and i was without the ability to see for that length of time as i forgot my glasses an airline.

My lenses were shipped without the frames. I was given a return label but was not informed that there was a pick-up charge from UPS. When I called to schedule the pick-up I was not informed by UPS that there was a pick-up fee and on three separate attempts they did not show up. I live in a rural area and there are no drop off locations within 75 miles. I ended up returning them at my expense by USPS which turned out to be less than the UPS pick-up fee. It would have be very helpful if I had been better informed about return fees and options. I did finally receive my glasses and they were okay.
