The website was very easy to use
The website was very easy to use. I found the glasses $19 cheaper on another online site but their web page was so complicated and once I got to the total it had added fees. I appreciated this site gave me a clear explanation of all my options . The glasses came just as expected in a timely manner.

I was a bit hesitant to buy expensive…
I was a bit hesitant to buy expensive prescription sunglasses on line, but had a great experience with Eyeglasses.com. They communicated quickly, clearly and were proactively helpful when I was missing one piece of information on my order. Only place to buy frames and lenses online!
I love everything about Eyeglasses.com. I have a small face, so most frames are too big for me. Shopping for prescription eyeglasses in retail stores is always frustrating because the selection is so limited. But on Eyeglasses.com I always find plenty of options and their search feature makes it easy to narrow down those choices. I love how the website clearly explains everything anyone needs to know about how to order the right frames and lenses. The customer service at Eyeglasses.com is superb. Everyone I have spoken to is friendly and knowledgeable. They are detail-oriented and inspire confidence when you call to place an order, follow up on an existing one or have any sort of problem. I have made the mistake of using other online companies in the past. Those sites may offer frames at lower prices but their customer service and return policies pale in comparison to Eyeglasses.com. And I would not trust any other online company to do my lenses. I will definitely do business with this fine company again and have recommended them to others.
