Your site advertised free shipping on returns. I was not reimbursed for shipping.

There was good and bad. They ordered and got the frame in pretty quickly. However, it took them several days to do very simple lenses.

Website rather cumbersome to navigate, Chat not working. Had to make few attempts by phone to order what I needed.

Shipping times on the max end of the spectrum. Their website states that it takes "on average" 3-5 days but mine took the max processing time of 7 days, and then shipping took 5 days. I guess some businesses don't realize that they should under promise and over deliver! Communication is minimal and doesn't exist after ordering. I sent email AND message (via website) after order to follow up on shipping times but nobody replied back. I sent a question AFTER receiving the glasses, but also no reply. What kind of BS is that? Taking business somewhere else next time. The glasses I got were actually a smidge small for my face but let's face it - I don't really want to deal with subpar and most likely frustrating returns especially since communications after ordering were nonexistent.

Ordered eyeglasses online on March 11, paid for 'expedited shipping' and received them on March 28. They are pretty but fit very tight and certainly not worth the over $271 CDN I paid. Probably will not order from here again. Customer Service did not reply to several emails - looking for my expediting shipping charge to be refunded... should've stuck to the free shipping had I known it would take nearly 3 weeks to arrive. Disappointing to say the least.

I wasn’t told the frames weren’t actually in stock and ready to ship. It took over a week to get them, then the address was missing my apartment number, so I had to chase down the postal service carrier. The Freeway Sharon frames have temples that don’t align properly to the glasses frame but I don’t want the trouble of returning them. I already had my optician install my lenses.

Received the product as promised. Communication was horrific. Wait, that would be non-existent.

It took longer than expected to get my glasses, but the lenses are really good. I feel like the frames are somehow loosened at the hinges though.
