Absolutely fantastic! I was so frustrated with the cost of replacing the lenses in my glasses from Lens Crafters and other eyeglass stores. I went online to seek a good alternative. Although I saw a number of companies who did this online, eyeglasses.com seemed to have the most positive feedback. Nonetheless, I was still nervous that the process would take too long or there would be poor communication or the glasses perscription would not be right. I had NOTHING to worryabout!! The entire process took less than 2 weeks (including shipping my frames to them, making new lenses, and shipping them back), and I received emails at the different stages. Best of all, my new lenses are absolutely perfect. I will DEFINITELY be using them again and recommend them to everyone.

Eyeglasses.com is just what I needed. After my eye exam, I visited my optometrist's in-house optician to try on frames. I found the frames I loved, but the price with all the extras (progressive/transition/anti-glare coating) came to almost $1000! Me: "No, thanks." I took my prescription and went to Eyeglasses.com, where I found the same Stepper brand frames. After adding the lenses with all the same extras, the cost was nearly half that of the in-house optician. When I had a problem reading with the new glasses, I got another eye exam as a second opinion. It turned out the first prescription was all wrong. But with Eyeglasses.com's 30-day re-do policy, I was able to send back my glasses for a free lens re-do.

I've ordered glasses online before and didn't like them so I was skeptical to do it a second time. I knew which frames I liked, but I didn't know which lenses were right for me. Eyeglasses.com did a wonderful job explaining each lens type and what they're best used for. Possibly even better, I paid $100 less purchasing from Eyeglasses.com than if I purchased my glasses in-store.

Great selection of products.

They were well done. It was nice that an extra set of lens was included with the glasses. The only thing that was negative is that it was clear on the lab email how long it would take to get the glasses done. Overall everything was great. I would use them again.

Was hesitant to send me Tomford glasses in as I’d never used the site before, but I’m very happy and would highly recommend their services.
