A good initial experience (but can be better)
The Dolomiti spectacles I purchased are delicately beautiful, although I noticed that the left and right frames are not identical in shape -- one is a flatter oval than the other (perhaps the reason for the sale price). I'm okay with that, given the price, as you would only really notice it if you take a hard, long look. I could've given a perfect rating had they responded to my email/inquiry regarding my order, which they did not. Would I buy again from Eyeglasses.com? Perhaps, as they have a good array of items and delivery speed is quite acceptable. I do hope that they would reply to messages, for a more positively memorable customer experience.
