Mailed the broken frames to their location. They found a suitable set of replacement frames which matched the expensive lenses well. They sent me a picture and I took care of the purchase by phone with their customer service representative. Very easy and allowed me to save the expensive lenses.

Great experience. Ordered glasses for husband. He is very hard to please and for that reason is always searching for glasses or readers when he needs to see. These are aviators and plastic. Exactly what he wanted. He likes old fashioned lined bifocals in a really big frame with no cutting nose attachments. He is wearing them a lot! They also arrived in just a few days.
