Just disappointed that when site indicates price match that they do not really do a complete price match. I did not see anything that stated it would not be the same price match.

Took longer than I thought it would, but it might simply be the availability of the exact called out frame I wanted (identical to my earlier glasses and sunglasses). Glasses ordered came exactly as I wanted them.

Good shopping experience. Helpful customer service department. Excellent product selection in both the lens and frame selections. High quality ophthalmic fabrication accompanied by good pricing and relatively fast turnaround. The web site user interface is a bit wonky but easy to use for the most part. If not for the wonky web interface, I would have given a five star rating. I'm looking forward to my next purchase from Eyeglasses.com

Love the glasses. A little bit pricey compared to some online sites but they had the frames that I couldn’t get elsewhere. The service was great. Would recommend especially if you want really nice frames.

The only issue i had was that they frame I ordered was not in stock but on their website it was listed as available, it took about a week before I was notify that the frame was no longer in stock

Thanks, the frames are the same as the ones I had that broke and needed replacement. Lenses went in as a direct fit.

The glass frames I ordered appear to be of high quality and I like the style and price. I gave only 4 stars because I was told I would receive in two days but the order wasn't shipped for 2 days. I think 5 stars means you do exactly what you say you will do. That said, I would buy another pair from eyeglasses.com

I am very pleased with the quality of the glasses. However the description of the frames that I had ordered was dark green. When they arrived the color is actually teal.
