The glass frames I ordered were too thin and broke the first week I wore them. I called and was told to return them for a replacement free of charge. I chose another frame for my daily glasses and had the lenses tinted in the replacement frame. I now can see to read, work at my computer and have sunglasses, too. I would recommend these folks to any glass wearer. I was very pleased with their good prices and rapid process of getting my glasses returned to me after ordering.

Better lenses for my own frames than I could get locally, price significantly lower too. Great customer service, fast turn around, and really good communications about my needs and order. Have used their service twice, this is now my go-to lens provider.

If you go in person, the young lady is super, the boss, not consumer friendly. Maybe because I just needed lenses put in a new frame, and the only ones suitable were not higher priced.

I've been using Eyeglassdirect for several years to order eyeglasses, the eyeglasses are excellent quality at very reasonable prices, the order is usually received back within a week to a week and a half. I'm confident that if I omit some information the OWNER sometimes CALLS for it!! I'm about to place another order for sunglasses.

I ordered replacement lenses for two of my frames recently (August 2019). After pre-paying the orders separately, and sending the frames separately with FedEx, approximately 2 weeks apart, I received confirmation emails when the frames were delivered to Eyeglassdirect. One of them was returned with the new lenses very quickly (within a week). The other order took longer, about 4 weeks turnaround incl. shipping. Not sure why. I also used Eyeglassdirect ca. 2 years ago for a lens replacement. The local store gets very expensive if you add up the cost for high density lens material, coatings, progressive, etc. and they refused to replace the lenses in one of my frames because it has a spring hinge that they were afraid to open. They lost my business. I am overall very satisfied with the service provided by Eyeglassdirect. But I would like to suggest that they inform their customers if the order takes more than, say, 12 business days to complete, and explain why.

My only place for new eyeglasses and replacement lenses! They are very attentive to their customers and provide quality care and service and great products. Better than another company I tried. Give them your order - you will be glad you did!
