I have used Eyeglassdirect for replacement lenses in my frames multiple times. One of those times, I made a mistake on the prescription and when I received the glasses, Eyeglassdirect was very accommodating and reasonable which, considering it was completely my error was a very pleasant experience. All other contacts have been prompt and completely satisfactory. I do recommend them to others.

Worst eyeglass company I've ever encountered. Unusable prescription lenses, refusal to honor their 30-day money-back guarantee for prescription accuracy, and shipping delays on top of it. Returned the lenses, they refunded nothing. I can't not recommend them enough.

These folks are great. Their lenses are precisely made according to your prescription and they do their work quickly.

Received glasses in 13 days from order. Mailing issues were encountered as tracking info I received from eyeglass direct claimed a post office pickup was requested. It was not. After a unessessary trip to PO I was informed it was out for delivery. I received them two days later. Glasses had no spring hinges as advertised. Glasses had no temple covers. Cut was ok. I will not buy from this company again. I will recommend to friends and family not to buy from this company.

I recently purchased a pair of prescription glasses that were returned to me without temple tips on the wire frame. I ended up having to fix the problem myself because the company was too cheap to incur the shipping expenses of the return so the problem could be fixed. Don't expect any service after the sale if something goes wrong with your purchase.

I sent a pair of vintage sunglasses to Eyeglasses Direct for a lens replacement. The frames arrived broken(probably my fault, frames were old.) The representative offered to put my prescription in a pair of plastic frames, the New York frames at NO additional cost to me, which I thought was great. I asked them to make the sunglas sent extra dark for morning and afternoon driving. The sunglasses are beyond my expectations. I highly recommend EyeglassesDirect to anyone who needs eyewear at a great cost.
