Thanks for reminding me to right this review. I have been buying my glasses form your store for years. But something went wrong this last time So I have resorted to continue to wear my old glasses. My prescription has never changed. Lucky the I guess. But this last pair of glasses. Just not right. For some reason you put the lenses in some kind of flexable frams that will actually just fall of my head. And the Prescription is all over the place. I tried over and over to wear them but I finally gave up. Please return to the old way you made my glasses. Just duplicate. The glasses You made for me befor these last one. I have used Eyeglassdirect for years and have always been very satisfied with the glasses. I made the mistake of getting glasses from where I received my exam and those were a lot more expensive for compatible glasses. I have recommended your site to several people.

I ordered eyeglasses from EyeglassDirect recently and was very pleasantly surprised. I used the website but was not sure if I had completed the process correctly. I called customer service and was assisted in reviewing my order and even understanding my lens options. I received my order and it was just as we discussed. That does not happen much these days.

This was a first-time experience This was the first time that I bought my prescription lenses online. The ability to talk to a real person who could answer my questions made a difference and I kept my fingers crossed. Today I received my computer and driving glasses for which I picked premium lenses. The difference between my old driving glasses and the new ones is day and night. I highly recommend eye-glasses direct and will order a pair of sunglasses from them as well.
