We have been buying glasses from them for almost a decade. The service is excellent, and on two occasions they even called us to confirm some aspect of the order. Once we had them add new lenses to a very unusual designer frame we had, and they called to tell us that it would take an extra week or so. I don't find much of this kind of personal service on the web very much. The lenses have all been done correctly and they have a nice range of frames (including titanium) so I have even gotten some frames from them but usually we just replace the lenses in our old frames. My ophthalmologist was so impressed with the quality of their lenses that she has stopped recommending the retail eye centers near us and suggests this on line source. The prices are excellent. When we check competitors on line, they are either the least expensive or within pennies to the least expensive. I could not recommend an eyewear supplier more highly.
